The C4N EBR App has been developed to provide Credentialed nurses and prospective Credentialed nurses with a user friendly CPD portfolio to document professional development relevant to credentialing.

Please note the C4N app is no longer available on the Apple or Google Play Stores. A web version of the app is available by visiting https://c4n.cloud/app

Access the C4N EBR Web Application to:​

Create activities
-
Upload an image of your evidence

Save your activity
-
Build your EBR report from your activities by date range

See the total hours selected for your Education related activities and Practice Development related activities
You will also be able to:​

Edit your report prior to submitting

Copy and paste the link provided to you for your individually tailored report to include in your online credentialing application

View previous reports
-
Create an activity report only

Open your App via a URL on your desktop browser.

INSTALL AND SAVE TO YOUR iPhone:

In the search bar of your phone type c4n.cloud/app, tap on the share icon on the menu bar - it looks like a box with an up arrow.

From the list of share options, choose Add to Home Screen.

Select Add (top right-hand corner of screen).

An app-looking icon will appear on your phone.

INSTALL AND SAVE TO YOUR Android:

In the browser search bar of your phone type c4n.cloud/app, tap on the three dot menu item.

From the list of options, select install app.

Select Add to Home Screen.

An app-looking icon will appear on your phone.

INSTALL AND SAVE TO YOUR Desktop:

Open the web version of the app in your preferred browser c4n.cloud/app

In the address bar, select Add to Favourites or another folder of your choice.

Once you have completed your report you will be provided with instructions on how to include your report in your online application.
